Careers · Partner

High-trust work. Quiet, judgment and the long haul.

You run one or two entrepreneurs - deeply, for the long term and remotely. You hold the full context of their life and business: this is not a stream of tasks from a shared queue, and not a rotating shift.

Who our client is

Our clients are founders and company owners, high-net-worth individuals. They make decisions with long consequences and operate across several countries and time zones. The Partner enters the small circle of people they trust - so the bar for trust here is higher than in an ordinary assistant role, and it’s checked before the first working day.

Role

A Partner, not a scripted assistant

An Alterum Partner runs one or two clients in focus, rather than processing a stream of tasks for 5-10 people. The difference isn’t the workload but the responsibility: you hold the client’s whole picture, see a step ahead and carry things through to a result, rather than working through a list of instructions.

The Partner works with a corporate AI toolkit - not as a ChatGPT user, but by an approved methodology. This is part of the role, not a bonus.

What the Partner does

  • Runs the principal’s calendar and inbox, keeps priorities in order
  • Coordinates meetings with the team, investors and external partners
  • Prepares materials for meetings, researches information on request
  • Organizes travel and the operational side of the client’s life
  • Uses the approved corporate AI perimeter to prepare drafts, search and work through large volumes of information

What matters

  • At least three years as a personal or operations partner to a principal, plus experience with entrepreneurs or international teams
  • Hold a complex picture as a whole, not just task lists
  • Native Russian and confident working English, closer to C1: correspondence and calls with banks, lawyers and partners without stumbling
  • Come with a ready draft rather than waiting for instructions; be autonomous within your lane
  • Work within the approved AI perimeter and own the result that passes through it - as if it were your own
  • Keep confidentiality discipline and work by security protocols

What this role is not

  • Scripts, a call center or a daily quota of closed tasks
  • Working “across 5-10 clients” at once
  • Sales and cold-calling - that’s not your area
  • The role of a “phone secretary” or doing things “by rote” without engagement

Terms

  • Remote; a services contract through a licensed EoR platform in Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan or the UAE. Outside the list - attach a relocation plan
  • Full-time, minimum 12 months
  • Onboarding - before the first client: methodology, the approved AI perimeter, internal simulations and dual mentorship. You come to the client prepared, not learning on them
  • A backup Partner for planned absences - vacation and sick leave don’t become the client’s problem

Values

Three values - and what they rule out

We have three values, not ten. Each has a living opposite that other companies reasonably choose - and that we’ve deliberately not chosen. We put it alongside not for show but for honesty: if the right-hand column is closer to you than the value itself, you’ll be uncomfortable here. Better to see that now than six months in.

01

Ownership thinking

We’re accountable for the result, not for “did what was asked.” If a task is formally closed but the client’s problem isn’t solved - it isn’t closed.

Others choose: execution strictly to instruction, where responsibility ends at the task’s edge. Reasonable for conveyor-belt services.

02

AI amplifies - the human decides

AI prepares and accelerates, but there is always a human between it and the client. When AI gets it wrong, it’s not “the AI erred” but “I missed it.”

Others choose: autonomous AI agents that deliver the result to the client themselves. Reasonable for mass products - incompatible with our clients’ trust.

03

Text before talk

A decision not written down in a shared place doesn’t exist. Agreed on a call - the same day it’s in a shared document, with the “why,” not just the “what.” Otherwise in a month no one will remember where things landed.

Others choose: a synchronous culture of meetings and quick status checks. Works in one office and time zone - we’re spread across several.

Trust and boundaries

High trust - and clear red lines

The client gives the Partner access to their life and capital. It rests not on rules but on a different level of responsibility - the three lines below name it out loud. They aren’t up for debate and are accepted before the first working day: crossing them is grounds to part ways, not an occasion for review. That’s the meaning of the word “red.”

- 01

Security is behavior

Two-factor authentication and a corporate password manager from day one. Client data - only in approved perimeters. AI - only through the corporate perimeter, no personal accounts.

- 02

Discretion is part of the product

Everything you learn about a client stays in the secure perimeter. The client’s name - never leaves: not in conversation, not by hint, not years after they’ve gone.

- 03

Making mistakes is fine, hiding them is not

Flag a mistake immediately - so there’s time to prepare a fix, not to hide it. A hidden mistake is more serious than the mistake itself.

What we see - data access

  • Who logged in and when
  • Which client perimeter is open
  • What was exported out
  • Which AI tools were used on client data

What we don’t see - how you spent your day

  • Screen contents, keystrokes, cursor movements
  • Screenshots and session recording, idle time
  • Personal correspondence outside the work perimeter

Managed devices protect the client’s data - they don’t spy on you. Trust is incompatible with monitoring every action.

Career ladder

A concrete horizon, not “grow with the company”

Growth follows a transparent grade ladder - by criteria, not by tenure. The grade sets the rate; the scale is single and visible to the whole team. You move up the ladder rather than getting a raise in the same position.

  1. 1Associate Partner
  2. 2Partner
  3. 3Senior Partner
  4. 4Method Partner

Grade 01

Associate Partner

Entry to the role

You’ve passed selection and onboarding and run your first client under dual mentorship. You’ve mastered the methodology and the approved AI perimeter.

To move up: the client has confirmed continuation, there are no critical incidents, and you run your own lane of tasks independently.

Grade 02

Partner

Independent ownership

You run a client without constant backup: you hold the full context, push back on the merits and carry things to a result.

To move up: steady work over a long horizon and tasks at the edge of judgment, not just operations.

Grade 03

Senior Partner

Complexity and trust

You take on clients with the highest level of complexity and trust and work calmly in judgment mode. You contribute to the shared body of knowledge.

To move up: your decisions become a reference for others, and you’re ready to pass on the method.

Grade 04

Method Partner

Method and mentorship

Not “the most tenured.” Leads the Alterum Method - the methodology the whole team works by - and mentors partners at junior grades.

You grow into this grade by contribution to the team, not appointment for seniority.

How hiring works

We hire slowly. We part ways only on clear grounds.

All the rigor is at the entrance; after that we grow and retain. No “up or out”: we don’t raise the bar to part ways with people who are doing well.

Application and initial screening

You send the form. We read every one and reply to everyone - even if it’s “thank you, not now.”

~ 5 business days

A conversation

Not a test or a stress interview. To understand how you think about the work and about clients.

~ 1 week

Values through cases

Real situations with forks. We look at the decision, not a “gut feel.”

~ 1-2 weeks

A conversation with the founder

A final conversation - on values, the long run and the client profile. Here we show the internal document with the grade scale.

~ 1 week

Onboarding

Before the first client: intensive preparation, dual mentorship, internal simulation. Reviews at 3 / 6 / 12 months - support and an honest conversation, not a survival exam.

90 days

What you get in return

High demands have a flip side

These aren’t perks or gratitude - they’re part of the deal. If we don’t hold up our side, you’re entitled to name it, and that doesn’t count as a complaint.

We hire rarely and for the long term - and we invest in those who stay.

  • Growth a transparent grade ladder - from Associate Partner to Method Partner. You grow in the role rather than “staying put”
  • Pay fair, with no secret haggling. The grade sets the rate; the scale is single and visible to all; reviews on clear terms, not on interview bargaining
  • Focus one or two clients, deeply. Not a dozen at the surface, and not a stream of tasks without engagement
  • Development training in the Alterum Method, access to the approved AI perimeter, time to learn new areas
  • Sustainability working hours are boundaries; systematic overwork is a signal, not heroics. A backup Partner for planned absences. No one is left alone
  • The client match matching is our responsibility. If a match doesn’t work, the team handles it rather than putting it on you

Questions

What people usually ask

One or two, and deeply. Not 5-10 in parallel. It’s focus and trust, not volume.
Remotely. A services contract - through a licensed EoR platform in Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan or the UAE. If you’re outside this list - attach a relocation plan.
Confident working English, closer to C1: correspondence and calls with banks, lawyers and partners without stumbling, with fine wording. Russian - native.
The grade sets the rate. The scale is single, visible to the whole team and not a matter of interview bargaining. The conditions for moving between steps are known from the start - we show the internal document with the scale at the final stage of selection.
No. Reviews at 3 / 6 / 12 months are support and an honest conversation, not a survival exam. We don’t raise the bar to part ways with people who are doing well. Once you’ve passed selection - we grow you.
It’s considered case by case. The decision depends on the client profile, the jurisdiction of assets and a sanctions check. It’s not an automatic no - but not an automatic “yes” either.
Applications are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access - the hiring team and the founder only. We don’t share resumes and contacts with third parties without your written consent.
