This document explains how personal data of users of the alterum.ai website (the “Site”) is processed by Alterum (the “Operator”).

1.What data we collect

When you submit the contact form, the Operator collects your name, email address, selected plan, preferred communication channel, and the message text. This data is provided voluntarily.

2.Purposes of processing

• handling your enquiry and replying to it;
• qualifying the request and matching a suitable form of cooperation;
• arranging further communication through the channel you choose.

3.Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject’s consent, given by ticking the relevant checkbox in the form on the Site.

4.Retention period

Data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5.Disclosure to third parties

The Operator does not share personal data with third parties, except for services that power the contact form (for example, Formspree) and corporate email.

6.Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, blocking, or deletion, and may withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@alterum.ai.
